Arlen
Arlen moved to Granada when she married her husband, Alvaro. Before that she was a single mother raising her daughter, Gabriella in Matagalpa. She has been the leader of the project since 2019 and is a gifted mentor to the women.

Ana
Ana lives in Pantanal and is the mother to four rambunctious boys. She works hard and is very determined in caring for her family while also setting the pace for journal making while working with the project.

Roxana lives in Madroño, a small town outside of Granada. She has two daughters, Camila and Lupe. Roxanna oversees the Tamarindo harvest and keeps us organized with inventory and finances.

Jessica
Jessica lives in Pantanal, one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in Granada. She is the oldest of five siblings. She lives with her husband, Jackson, and sons Derick and Mateo. She was a Young Life leader in her community and is very passionate about the Word of God.

Katherine lives in Pantanal with her husband and young daughter. She is a leader in her community and and here at the Tamarindo Project. Her enthusiasm and laughter brings joy to many and her caring heart adds great depth to the team.

Tita lives in Pantanal with her husband and three children, Jerricka, Josbel and Zoan. She has a passion to learn scripture and her faith and testimony gives strength to many in her neighborhood.

Caitlin lived in Granada for 6 years and has always had a heart for the women here. Caitlin oversees the Tamarindo Project from start to finish. She is always encouraging and loving the women we work with.
